Clas Ohlson Foundation donates 250,000 SEK to UNHCR’s important initiative to promote education for refugee children. The initiative aims to reduce the risk of refugee children falling into poverty, being recruited as child soldiers or being exposed to violence and abuse.
Investing in education is a critical measure to create a more secure future and break the vicious cycle of vulnerability.
During the month of December, the Akelius Foundation is also doubling the original donation, giving a double impact to the donation.
Through this, the Clas Ohlson Foundation can help give refugee children the opportunity for a better and more hopeful future through access to education.
