The Clas Ohlson Foundation is now in its third season of collaboration with Leksands IF, where the focus is on supporting children, young people and leaders by promoting individual values and a healthy approach to themselves and others. During the autumn, youth leaders within Leksands IF, from Flick and U9-U16, have participated in workshops with Locker Room Talk, where ‘modern leadership’ and understanding of different situations in sport were discussed.

The collaboration, which includes the Eight Weeks programme for U13 and U14, focuses on equal sport and teamwork. Locker Room Talk trains teams to strengthen team dynamics and culture. ‘We are proud to contribute to this initiative which is in line with Clas Ohlson’s values of supporting young people,’ says Maria Thulemark, Board Member of the Clas Ohlson Foundation.
