The Clas Ohlson Foundation was established in 2017, by members of the Tidstrand and Haid families, descendants of Clas Ohlson and also shareholders of the company of the same name. The Board of the Clas Ohlson Foundation is elected by the founders of the foundation and one Board member is chosen by the company. The Board will serve to fulfil the aims of the Foundation.
